1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bet khela platform and all related services. bet khela is an online gaming and sports betting platform where registered users can participate in casino games, live casino, sports betting, and various other games.
By using this platform through the bet khela website, mobile application, or any other channel, the user is automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you object to any term, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

2.3 One Person, One Account
Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity is strictly prohibited. In such cases, bet khela reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.
2.4 Account Verification
After registration, bet khela may request account verification at any stage. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Delay or refusal to submit the required documents may result in account closure.
3 Account Security
The user is obliged to keep their account login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. Allowing anyone else to use your account is a direct violation of these Terms.
If the user notices any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on their account, they must notify the bet khela support team immediately. Any loss resulting from failure to report will be the user's responsibility.
bet khela will never ask for a password or OTP via email or chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on bet khela is ৳200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Users must use a payment account registered in their own name.
Depositing from a payment account registered in a third party's name is prohibited. In such cases, the decision to return or forfeit the relevant funds rests with bet khela.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved. Withdrawals may be held until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
bet khela does not process funds from any illegal or criminal source. bet khela reserves the right to verify accounts, hold funds, or close accounts in cases of suspicious transactions.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200 — and to withdraw the bonus amount, a wager of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed. The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
5.2 Weekly and Other Promotions
bet khela runs promotional offers from time to time, including: the weekly bet khela Festival (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering), Cricket King of the Field (75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering), and the Friday Fun Deposit (30% bonus, up to ৳3,000, 12x wagering). Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Another promotion cannot be claimed while one is already active.
- A deposit must be completed within the specified time limit to claim a bonus.
- bet khela reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the account being closed.
- Special terms may apply for VIP members.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
All bets placed on bet khela cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless bet khela itself cancels them due to a technical error or incorrect odds being published. If a game is not completed due to a software error or disconnection, bet khela holds final authority in determining the outcome of that bet.
6.2 Odds and Results
Displayed odds and game results will be determined according to bet khela's server records. In the event of any dispute, server logs will be considered the final document.
6.3 Game Provider Terms
The bet khela platform offers content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. The rules and RTP information for these games are displayed within the game itself. bet khela is not directly responsible for any issues with a game provider's server.
6.4 Live Betting
When placing bets on live events, a bet may be accepted even if the result has already been determined due to network delay. In such cases, bet khela will determine the outcome based on what actually occurred.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet khela platform:
- Attempting to influence game results through fraudulent means.
- Placing bets or playing games using any software, bot, or automated method.
- Attempting to obtain another user's account credentials or participating in phishing activities.
- Using multiple accounts or identities in violation of bonus or promotion terms.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 User's Own Request
If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team. The available balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of closure will be returned by the designated method, unless there is an open investigation or allegation of a violation.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. bet khela sets a separate policy on this matter and notifies the user accordingly.
9 Limitation of Liability
bet khela strives to provide uninterrupted service as much as possible. However, bet khela is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical errors, maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party service issues.
bet khela bears no responsibility for any loss caused by internet connection problems, device failure, or payment gateway delays. Users use the platform at their own risk.
